Considering that there's a current speedrun of SA: DX with super sonic with death abuse at 0:01:54, do you think one in  ~0:2:24 without a death abuse would be accepted at SDA?

Depends if it death abuse really gives a 30 second advantage, IMHO.

And since when did Sonic Adventure become a PC game?

SA: DX was ported to the PC in 2004. And non-death abuse cost me about 20 seconds.

Okay, I managed to get it down to ~0:2:12. Do you think this might be accepted? (19 seconds were lost going from the altar to back to the mystic ruins main area instead of killing myself, btw)

I'm sure it would be accepted, as both death abuse and non-death abuse runs are taken on SDA. If for some reason radix wouldn't take your run solely because it's non-death abuse, i think he'd take it anyway since it's done on PC.

I don't think radix takes games on pirated copies...
