Ahhh yesss Dagobah  Wink (I'm not sure which tricks could be implemented in a 2P run)

1.) Skipping the whole puzzle in the first area.
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah1avi/;5981868;;/fileinfo.html

2.) Skipping the need to change to RtwoDtwo just to activate the first button and skipping two last buttons (second area)
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah2avi/;5981869;;/fileinfo.html

3.) R2D2 handling the shrooms solo
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah3avi/;5981873;;/fileinfo.html

4.) No, you don't have to build the tractor
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah4avi/;5981874;;/fileinfo.html

5.) Skipping the first platform at the jedi-test (or something)
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah5avi/;5981876;;/fileinfo.html

6.) eeeeee...A jump!  Cheesy (skipping a platform, I can't describe it ;p)
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah6avi/;5981879;;/fileinfo.html

7.) And you don't have to build the smallest box to get up to the last vader illusion.
http://files.filefront.com/dagobah7avi/;5981880;;/fileinfo.html

8.) And a trick with vader on e4c5
http://files.filefront.com/vader_trickavi/;5981883;;/fileinfo.html

Let me know if any of theese helped you Huh

Are you going to make a ss run?

We will see how fit we are and how good we can play together. Some parts are crucial jump-parts, which can be messed up quite easily when one of us makes an error.
We are considering to do 1 episode in 1 segment.
But we are not quite sure yet. Theres a lot of practicing of playing together to do.

Thank you for your neat tricks btw.  Wink
We will check it out soon.

Too bad that this thread is dead.  Tongue If you get to speedrun this game, just let me know. I'll be glad to help/compete against you. (I would like to finally finish my suspended super story mode run)

True Jedi mode on some of the story mode levels is pretty rough without extras enabled but Free Play is much much more fun anyway.

What extras you recommend, that will make easier to get true jedi ? Smiley

Sorry my bad english. Cheesy

I was thinking of doing individual runs and a 100% run, but I lack the suitable equipment to record things. I also think that if someone does do a 100% run, Invincibility should be outlawed since it makes things more or less unfair. Tongue

Score multipliers would be a great boon, even just the one 2x multiplier (Power Brick in Ep IV, Ch 6) can cut down on time if you can dedicate time to collect the needed studs. Super Blasters/Sabers, Fast Force and Build would also help, I'm unsure on how people feel about Regenerate Hearts. What do you guys think?

Me and a friend just rented this game and started playing it.  I think this would be an awesome game for a Co-op run since it isn't split screen and the game actually requires cooperation between different characters.

A single-player run would be awesome as well, just because the game is really cool, but since some of the problems are related to NPC's being annoying, I was a thinking a 2 person run would be a definite option worth pursuing.

My support to anyone who tackles or continues to tackle this game!

I just started playing this game yesterday with my husband, and it made me think that this would be fun to run on 2-player mode.  I'm assuming that 2-player runs would be a separate category than single-player runs and that this would be done by individual levels like the first Lego Star Wars.  I don't yet know too much about this game, but if I can talk my husband into doing it (he really likes this game Wink), would people be interested in some 2-player runs?

Yes on 2-player being a separate category, and yes on individual levels (though DJGrenola will hate you for it).

Loved this game.  I cursed at it a million times on my path to 100% completion, but I still caressed it and whispered sweet nothings into it's ear by the end of the night.

I don't know what that meant, but I too support the running of this one.
