I started to work on a run for that game, It was an old project I once had 2 years ago, I told to myself that it was a good game to begin with since I didn't speedran in a long time.

I'll let the link to the progress here and I'm also encoding all of those segment in a LQ mp4 video, so if you want to wait you can.


The reason I am doing an appended video is to know either or not, if the method I use to append is okay for this game, because I want to make a 1 file video.
So you will be my judge.

Otherwise, it was just to let you know that I'm running it.

The appended video looks good to me Perhaps you could also edit out the little save boxes (Or whatever it was exactly, quit boxes?) that popped up a few times very quickly.

You know, I only let one frame of the save box, I thought it would be good to know where the segments are for verifiers you know, I don't know if I should totally edit it out, you think I'm allowed to do so?

In the final video yes. But for verification, I suggest to not make an all appended video. Just use the seperate segment videos for verification and all will be good

Segment 17 and 18 up, click on my playlist to watch them, i'm feeling lazy.

EDIT: I found a shortcut which skips the 1st boss (one big mutant in one of the three cryogenic incubator), unfortunatly it can only be done at high fps, something around 120-150fps. So fraps wouldn't let me do it due to it's 100fps cap. I tried several software and I found Growler Guncam which let me do the job, the only problem is that this particular segment will be a bit brighter and a bit choppy (around 50-40fps), and as a result of the game being uncapped at 60fps (settings im recording with FRAPS), the game physics is 2 time faster, so I don't really know how verifiers will see this.

This sequence break shaves around 20-30sec.

I took a break for 3 days on this game cause I was starting to get sick of it already, but after speaking with TheVoid I just had to continue my run even if the next segment was shit to run because of the randomness that can occur with the bigexodus (that thing with the bleeding arm).

Not only I am starting to get low on ammo but the randomness of enemies drops was killing me and it still does, it's randomly generated so I have to deal with it.

Well doen, Ajax. I remember playing this game but couldn't finish it, because I suck at these games. I'm gonna watch it all now.
