NOLF series had little to no bugs from my experiences.  Blood 2 was horribly buggy, and so was the highly rated Shogo (rightfully so, mind you).  Their other games I haven't played extensively and none stick out in terms of buginess.  Blood 1 though, seemed alright for me.  Sure it crashed at times but in the DOS days, it was pretty common for a DOS game to crash after an hour or two of play.  At least, it was common for me.
