And about cutscenes I think all characters has them but only caleb has them with talk etc...
I'll be honest with you. Selecting 'Chosen' mode skips the actual cutscenes. You are right to some extent, though - this fact affects fewer areas than you would think, because many of them make you wait for as long as the cutscene would normally be. There are exceptions, though (the rooftop in the slum area after the Naga boss, for instance - a normal player has to watch the cutscene while a player using Chosen mode can just turn tail and run down to exit the building).
As for the sound.... must just be Media Player Classic, or maybe I'm missing a sound codec or somesuch. Because mine still refuses to play sound. Oh well, I can do without for a comparison I'm making.
Compared to a recorded attempt I made at a single-segment run (which is in the topic I linked in MY previous post), yours has better gameplay by quite a bit. You're 3 minutes ahead of that right at the end of the plane level because of several things:
-Your gameplay is better on average.
-I was using Ophelia in my run, who has less ammo and less health (I believe she takes more damage per hit as well) but a higher running speed. My level of caution had to be higher. Which reminds me, are all the characters different enough to warrant separate categories?
-You tended to wait and kill less enemies than I did in my attempt. I couldn't in mine because of the fact I couldn't just restart a level if I died - I would have had to restart the whole run. Thus, I had to be more cautious.
-You skipped some powerups I had gotten.
-You used a trick in the sewers that I did not know even existed - you jumped across the pipe to get past the vents that you normally have to turn off and then go by. In fact, I believe your run was not utterly ahead of mine until that happened (though you were only slower because you had cutscenes to contend with).
-You went a slightly different route in the plane than I did, which saved several seconds even though backtracking was needed.
-You refused to stop and snipe enemies - granted, you could afford this because you could just restart the level if you needed to.
I am continuing to watch and I'll definitely say more. Although my comparison will only go until a certain point in your run, because the attempt I'm using to compare to your run ultimately failed to complete the game (I posted it up on some webspace and linked it regardless to get feedback. It's unavailable for a little longer, because the hosting service, Filefront, is undergoing maintenance, but trust me when I say it is still online).
Edit: WHOA, didn't know you could reach that edge from a jump that high up in the sanctuary level (the one with the Naga boss). Also, interesting that you used Bug Spray grenades to beat the Naga. In a real run, if grenades wind up not being viable, I suggest saving the Tesla Cannon for him and using that.
By the way, where in the first few levels can you find a minigun? I know the segments don't line up, but still, I never ever saw a minigun before the Naga.
As for the rest.... as I said before, the majority of it comes from better play. The duckjump through the window of the abandoned building was a surprise, though.
