Was it just me or did VLC not work for anyone else?  I'm running 0.8.5 if it matters...

I don't use VLC so I dunno, but it works with ffdshow and MPlayer. It's possible that VLC doesn't use a recent enough libavcodec. Try MPlayer (Windows version) and see if it works.

And Lag, maybe you have an older ffdshow? Try here or possibly here if you want bleeding edge multithreading support. BTW, I'm so glad you linked to your site since I was recently wondering a bit again where to get stx-Vile's Descent runs. Edit: I spoke too soon; the AVIs seem to be down.

And thanks to AquaTiger for alerting me to the fact that Sanitars has a Keen 5. This is the thread that keeps on giving.

Yeah, sorry, Drew was hosting the AVIs and his site is elsewhere now. Also I haven't seen him in months. I may make and host the AVIs myself if there is enough demand.

Too late! Yeah lol Sanitars, as soon as I watched it I knew why you didn't create a thread for it.

I think the reason I didn't download and watch all the Descent levels originally was because I assumed I could just wait until they were posted to SDA. Oh the folly of youth!
