9869. Calculated. Might have made a few mistakes when counting, but not too many.

The tactic I use required me to not take a single point of leg damage while being under attack from all sides. Oh, and I also needed to have my torso under 10 - I'm like 90 at the start of the segment. So I needed to take precise amounts of damage to 3 different body parts, all from random enemy shots. And survive. The execution itself is honestly pretty simple, it's the randomness that takes the cake.

Edit: Oh, and there's a jump 8 seconds in that has a 1 in ~30 success rate (admittedly I got gradually better at it with each try, but still a run-breaker).

Maybe if he slipped the AI a few Benji's they'd behave accordingly Smiley

Oh OK, yeah I know something about having to have very specific stats and its not an experience I want to have to go through again! Its just frustrating and nothing else. If your up for it a run like this could really benefit from an audio commentary explaining all these things that people will easily miss, or looking at your current run, maybe just extensive comments Tongue

Let us tremble in your gourious booming voice.. beahahahaha

Erm... yeah...

But.. seriously... just under 10'000 tries... for one segment. So this will be something that can be called a "Perfect Run"  then? Or at least nigh-perfect.

There is no dishonor in running from a man, wielding a lethal weapon. This is merely good sense.

Hey glad to see this run is still happening - I thought you'd given up.

Keep it up!
