Released in December 1991, by Konami. You mission is to save your toon girlfriend, who was kidnapped by villain. No, this absolutely doesn't sound like a broken record... Anyways, fans of the genre won't be disappointed because this is solid game.

This is a pretty fun game and run. There is a pretty obvious movement "glitch" which simply allows you to maintain full sliding speed through jumps. You can also clip through walls in a few places pretty easily in real time. I use Furrball on the last stage because his ability to climb walls is very useful on that stage, but it makes the final boss a little random.
