I have TW RRunner, great net upload and dloads and have been a LPB for aver a year. All of a sudden, my ping climbs to over 10,000 in a matter of seconds. I have replaces the cable modem (surfboard 4100) and have check all conncetions. Swapped out cards and hooked up another computer. RR's tech support was out and basically say, "well, uu, you can get on the internet and mail, must be the server you are connecting to". ALL @) of tem I say as he is leaving!!!!! HELP |
Fr3n | Posted - 27 October 2001 12:48 PST most of the netquake servers I try to connect to these days are just slow because they haven't been rebooted in months or years and nobody plays on them =) if you mean QW or some other Quake, I dunno. Maybe modify rates? ~the plant |
