| lodis | Posted - 12 November 2001 6:19 PST oh yeah, I've improved amriks run. But it's still crap and I was going to improve it further but then I forgot about it. And my wrist hurts so I can't do it now (the exercises morfans recommended don't help although they are quite enjoyable). But I suppose I could submit it. I think it's a 20 sec improvement or something around that. But I managed to get a run when I was down to 1:10 but I fell down (don't laugh dammit. we all make mistakes...mmmkay?) /thomas |
