Well, I'm not exactly a stranger to virus attacks as it has happened about two times before. However, the last virus didn't allow me to open my email so I couldn't get the demos people sent for this update!

If you have sent any demos in since the last update please resend them!. I think Ricky, Sebastian, Jozsef and Will had sent me demos but I can't be for sure; oh, and yes that was Will Marsh who sent a demo :) Too bad Jozsef improved it though.

Well, I'm very happy to say that my computer is fixed now. I assume my ability to hold onto demos is now fairly reliable :)

Cheated Quake - Sunday, December 25th - 12:00AM by Evan

I've added a new type of play to the tables! It's called 'Cheated Quake' (lame title), using this patch you will start out with all weapons/ammo and god mode. The goal is the same as SDA speed runs, finish a level as fast as possible. We are currently accepting Nightmare and Easy runs and 100% demos. All demos should be sent to me! Good luck!

Also, just to clear up confusion before it happens: YOU MAY NOT USE ANY CHEATS OTHER THAN THE ONES ALREADY ACTIVATED WITH THIS MOD! We will still check demos for HFR so don't think you can slip that in there :)

Intermission Rules - Tuesday, November 21st - 10:14AM by Evan

To clear up a little confusion with the intermission rules I'm adding the following.

You must stop the demo on or before two minutes after you exit the level.
You may use the host_framerate command only during intermission.

That said, I have done an Easy run of E4M6 in 4:11, with 12/35 kills.

Finally got around to doing an update :) I've been quite busy working on my new level so I appologize, now for the demos.

Jozsef Szalontai has made quite a few good demos:

E2M2 easy run in 2:58 with 9/20 kills.
E2M5 easy run in 5:50 with 14/21 kills.
E2M6 easy run in 6:33 with 14/31 kills, improving De_V's run by 11 kills.
E3M2 easy run in 7:54 with 21/28 kills.

De_Verorberaar did a couple of runs aswell:

E2M1 easy run in 9:02 with 18/18 kills (!) get this now.
E3M4 easy run in 8:51 with 11/29 kills.
E4M2 easy run in 7:54 with 14/19 kills, 2 more than his old.

Thomas Bergendorff did an easy run of E2M7 in a close 9:59 with 35/43 kills.

Thomas Stubgaard improved De_Verorberaar's nightmare run of E3M6 by 20 kills to get 53/73 kills in 6:55.

Thomas Bergendorff improved De_Verorberaar's E1M4 time by 3 kills to get 8:45, cool beans.

De_Verorberaar improved my run of E3M5 by 3 kills to get 8:37, don't think this will be improved.

Ken improved his E3M6 run by 8 kills to get 5:34, way to go Ken.

Struck by the virus - Sunday, October 28th - 6:00AM by Evan

Just a few days ago my computer started to act very weird so I did a virus scan and found 504 virus's! Unfortunately Windows crashed then and I barely made it to Dos so I could format my hard drive. I've lost some naked demos so anybody who's demos are missing in this update please send them again, thanks.

E1M1 Nightmare run in 5:11, with 7 more kills than Kip to get 37/42.
E1M6 Easy run in 7:57, with 1 more kill than Kip to get 10/16.
E2M1 Easy run in 9:55, with 12/18 kills.
E2M3 Easy run in 9:01, with 14/18 kills.
E4M1 Easy run in 8:21, with 23/26 kills.
E4M4 Easy run in 9:44, with 34/38 kills. You must download this demo!

Atilla Csernyik has improved Robert's Easy E1M7 time by 1 second to get an optimised time of 0:15.

Arturo Garc�a Lasca has joined the nudists by making an Easy E1M4 time of 6:40 with 12/22 kills.

And I have filled the Easy E1M3 blank by getting a time of 5:58 with 9/31 kills.

Kip Werking has improved his E1M5 time by 4 minutes and 5 seconds (!) and got 2 more kills, to get a final time of 5:27, check this one out!

Robert Axelsson has filled in the empty spot for E1M7, getting all the kills and using a cool lavaball jump for a time of 0:16.

Grand Opening - Saturday, October 7th - 4:30PM by Evan

Welcome to Quake done Naked! The purpose of this new concept isn't to run through Quake butt ass naked, this is just a term used to explain that you can't use weapons. The whole goal is to kill all, or as many enemies as possible, primarily through luring monsters into fighting each other as well as into traps.

For example, if your run has a kill count of 29/31 in 1 minute, but someone else runs the map in 9 minutes with a kill count of 30/31, your record is broken. This ensures that while every monster cannot be killed, the killing is optimized.

Submit any demos you may have to me! Currently we only accept skill 0 and 3 demos using the original ID levels. Good luck, and to play you must download the patch to remove the weapons from the game.
