Quake2 done Quick2 for Macintosh

Here it is - a little more than two years after its original
release for Windows and Linux, we now have Quake2 done
Quick2 for Macintosh.  To use it, put the "gameppc.lib" and
"GamePPC.bundle" files in the "q2dq2" folder and put the
"q2dq2" folder in your Quake 2 folder.  Open the Quake 2
program, type "game q2dq2" in the console, and you should
see a menu used to play the replays.  Enjoy.
