You're looking at the 1996 sequel to Clock Tower for the SNES, but because it's the first western release in the series, it's just called Clock Tower as well. It pits Jennifer against a Scissor Man once again albeit in multiple disparate locations as she and her allies strive to find out more about the monster's family history and put an end to him.
