One of three Yu-Gi-Oh! "duel monsters" games released on the PC in '03-'04, each named after who you're sparring with. They were released in Europe and North America exclusively for some reason. The first, "Yugi" is more focused on teaching players the basics of the game while the other two add a heap of cards and other features. The last one, "Joey", even comes with online play.

About the run:
I lost on rock-paper-scissors,but the A.I. choose to go first.
Joey summoned monster card "Giant Germ" and ended turn.
I played the spell card dark hole and destroyed the opponents monter card to negate
the the special effect.
Next I summoned Cyber-Stein and activated his effect:"At the cost of 5000 of
your own life points, you can special summon 1 fusion monter from your fusion
deck in face-up attack position.I special summoned "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon"
and used the spell card "Megamorph" to double my monters attack point.
Then I attacked A.I. directly and deal 9000 damage and win the duel.
