Even more of the number 0
The
Metroid Zero Mission page has been updated again, this time with an improvement to Red Scarlet's hard 100%. The previous time was 1:11:10 and the new time is a very impressive 1:04:44.

A pretty good start
The
Metroid Zero Mission page has been updated with a pure speed run, aka a "normal any %" done in 34 minutes and change by me in 5 hours last night. There's slightly faster runs that have been done but none had been recorded yet so I wanted to get one up and this is what I could get in one night. Still worth checking ou.t :-)

Double genocide!
The
Metroid II - Return of Samus, page has been updated with a brand new pure speed run in 1:02:29 by yours truly. Brightstar also improved his 100% to 1:15:32 despite never saving, doing it in one sitting! That's an improvement of 51 seconds.
There has been a minor update to the rules page to slightly change the rules with teleporting saves because of a situation I hadn't thought of before. It doesn't affect any games already listed here.
Finally, the SSBM page has been updated with another improved Falco time for 10mm.

I should be studying for an exam right now.
I've updated the
Metroid II page with an improved 100% by Brightstar, although it might look like it's actually slower. We labelled his first run as "1:12" and the new one as "1:16" ... but the new one is actually nearly two minutes faster. Head to the page for the reason.
Also an update to the SSBM page: updated 10 man melee vids for Kirby, Peach, Captain Falcon, Ganondorf and Zelda!

You were expecting Quake, maybe?
After the success of my Metroid Prime 1:37 100% video, and because of my constant desire to watch speed runs on almost any game, I've finally expanded SDA into new territories! Here you'll find all the news related to anything on SDA that's not part of the Quake section. For now, just go to the game list above to see what we've got to offer!
