My nickname is korax on the net, and the story is quite stupid and boring.

First contact to speedrunning (when, how etc.)?
I see Quake done Quicker on a magazine CD in 1999. At this time I was playing Quake 2 deathmatch very seriously but my little brother (Pif) start speed-running (only for the fun). I keep looking at demos but without playing during 4 years. But a few times ago (end of 2003) Pif starts sending demos to SDA and ask me help for a few coop demos. Now I enjoy speedrunning.

First speedrunning demo?
push_117 (2-player ER, poor demo) .

Favorite speedrunning demo(s) from yourself (the one(s) that you're most proud of)?
e1m8_056 because it is my first real ID run. But also dmc3_019 and fun_028. Will soon change because I am still a newbie to speedrunning.

Favorite speedrunning demo(s) from others?
e1m5_016, e1m4_018, e4m1_018, e1m1_054 EH... and billions of other demos. I love each demo from Jozsef Szalontai, Evan Wagner, Thomas Stubgaard, Weixing Ye, Connor Fitzgerald, Robert Axelsson (and his brother), Justin Fleck, Thomas Bergendorff, Peter Horvath and of course Nolan Pflug.

Favorite player (overall/runs/100%/marathon/coop)?
runs: Jozsef Szalontai (because he is excellent), Markus (because he is mythic)
100%: Stubby, Thomas, Peter Horvath
marathon: Ilkka, Martin, Thomas
coop: Stubby and his brother, Alex & Timo

Favorite trick in a demo?
e1m4 double-fiendboost by Ilkka Kurkela!
barrelboost in e1m1,
all ogre-grenadejumps,
the bar-blocking fiend on e1m3.

Favorite QdQ release?
QDQwav & Scourge done Slick

Favorite original Quake map?
SP : e4m7, e1m8, e3m6,
DM : dm2, dm4

Favorite custom map?
DM : Aerowalk, #Endif, and all ZTN maps
SP : Royalwar, all Beyond Belief, all Zerstörer

Most annoying monster/map?
e4m4 and all its stupid monsters

Do you like Doom/Quake2/Q3A?
I play doom when I was young but now I don't tolerate keyboard gameplay. I enjoy Q2 & Q3A for deathmatch. I still spent more time with Q3A that with Quake.

What do you think of Quake now?
Still the best SP game.

Quake Purity Test score? link
70.8% quake pure (29.2% quake corrupt).

Anything else you want to add here?
A last thing: Pif is my little brother but he is better than me for tricks/bunny/running.
And long live to Quake and SDA!
