21:06 run through Quake2 |
Quake2 done Quick2AbstractThis is a run that completes Quake2 on Hard skill as fast as we could manage (well, without resorting to unrestricted bunny-hopping.) It is much harder to record a run through Quake2 one demo at a time than it is to do the same for Quake, but we kept the continuity correct; this represents a proper run through the whole game. QdQ haven't yet made a proper Quake2 movie, but Zarathustra Studios have put together a very good straight recam of the original run. Please read the ever evolving FAQ about the run if you have any questions after watching; it includes a summary of all the tricks and strategies we used, so you may find that interesting in its own right.
